Where to begin? The landlord is cheap and will try to get away with not fixing anything and then claim you did the damage. Stay away from this landlord. I cannot emphasize enough how bad it is. To top that he lives in the mews as well, where he consistently leaves his windows open and blasts music until 2am-3am. Not only is your landlord your neighbor, but he is the worst neighbor you might have ever had.
