Never does anything. Is always promising days that he'll come to visit and fix things and never shows up. Reported him to the council and he still doesn't show up. Has a serious attitude and tries to blame the residents for the mould that was here before we got here.

Tried to blackmail us, made false promises, lies straight to your face and has no concept of privacy. Conducts repairs when it suits him to come around, even if it's urgent. Cheaps out in every conceivable way, whilst trying to charge you as much as possible. Tried to charge us £500 for the replacement of 1 key, claimed that he changed all the locks, we know he didn't because he said that he didn't when we returned the key. He's not very intelligent but he'll treat you like an idiot anyway.

I'm not giving him a worse rating because I can´t. Literally the worst landlord that you can have. Mr. Punia goes to your house with little to no notice in advance, so be prepared for surprise visits. He will also try to steal your money by sending you fake invoices about repairing that he supposedly did. We had to take legal action before getting our deposit back as he would try to manipulate information and try to confuse unexperienced students to get their money. Seriously avoid at all costs.
