Landlord initially was very nice. Gave us some free snacks, fruit and other foods as a gift.
However this was just a facade to persuade students to agree with them. They do not like emails for communication at all. They tell you explicitly in person that all communication must be done on the phone. This lead to many issues and problems down the line.
