Did not care about the repairs. Claimed to not know any maintenance companies/traders to do repairs despite renting the property out for 13+ years. Tried to force me to stay despite the tenancy break clause - claimed not to have received notice (agent confirmed she lied). It is unclear whether she just did not read her own contract or was just trying to be malicious. Was obstructive regarding the deposit and checkout - she attempted to breach the tenancy fees act (2019) by demanding a professional cleaning service.
Was very petty and unprofessional about the moving out process - refusing to provide a reference for no reason.
