We never saw the landlord. He was very unresponsive and never got anything. We did the majority of repairs ourself. The landlord was just interested in taking the money and the estate agent, Featherstone leigh were only interested in keeping him happy and did not represent us. Damp was left un tentended for a year after reported and boiler left not working properly for a month.
