Fine while I lived there. Upon leaving stole 5 items of furniture the he said he’d pay me for and took deposit money for ‘cleaning’ that I had already had professional cleaners do.
Very aggressive and shouting when I challenged him about this as it was as it he expected the old oven and sofa to be left in a new condition when they were old when I moved in and had them professionally cleaned at the end of tenancy.
Only agreed to give £50 deposit to get it over with. This was because he had to hoover under the sofa.
Awful landlord.
