Responded quickly to all our issues but overall he's a total slum landlord. Broken a huge amount of laws and also broke our tenancy agreement multiple times before we'd even moved into the property. Ended up threatening to sue him for the 2 page long list of laws he'd broken and he eventually agreed to pay us £600 in compensation. Been trying to sell the property for ages so clearly did not care at all about following the laws.
