the Landlord is an older couple who clearly don't understand or willingly disregard their obligations by the law, for example: maintaining and repairing doors and the sound insulation, Or which is even worse, let you live in the property undisturbed. I was told there would be no building developments before I move out, before contracting. Yet, the landlord started heavy duty renovations in the middle of December which seems to be lasting for 3-4 months. They left the ground floor flat and live elsewhere while the builders ripping apart the whoel ground floor day and night. They disobey the law of allowed building hours cmpletely. The Landlord knew from day one that I was working from home and he doesnt care, also forgot to notify me of his plans of development works (which is required by law) and also doesn't confirm how long it will take. The ground floor looks like a construction site, so does the front f the house, for a month now. They also don't manage their tenants unbiased: they allow parties and stayovers from friends of the 2nd floor tenants, which makes noise situation even worse. I heard sexual activity sounds at 1am which kept me awake, despite that the contract says no parties etc. They are not reliable and also not open for discussions.Avoid at any cost.
