The landlord of this property was excellent, very quick to act on anything requiring attention (repairing or replacing where necessary) and conscientious about the standard of home he was providing. He routinely improved things at the property and was always happy to help, friendly and approachable despite being a very busy person.
Having dealt with a number of landlords (before and since) I would say he was the most efficient and personable. Communication was really good and we could always get hold of him when necessary. I felt he went above and beyond to help us make the house a cosy and pleasant home, responding both to essential maintenance requests in addition to supporting us in adding to the garden and making the house a lovely place to be.
The landlord was clearly experienced at dealing well with tenants and generally a very relaxed and pleasant character.
