Landlord is really simpleminded. He has a very simple priorities - take your money and forget about you. I asked to install dishwasher - he did it with a huge delay and broke kitchen skirt that he'll never fixed afterwards. Some of my requests/complaints he successfully ignored. On check out he stole around 200 GBP of my deposit, but I had no way to prove it as I was tight on money and needed to get my deposit out.
