Completely unprofessional and did not do anything by the book. Kept my deposit in his own bank account without putting it into a DPS. Anger issues made it very uncomfortable staying there. Made false accusations that I'd damaged his property when he found out I was moving out, was threatening to not give my deposit back. Also didn't want me to register as living there so he could still get his single occupancy discount with council tax - illegal!
