The Landlord Udai does not perform repairs well at all and neither is the house maintained to a good standard. The washing machines (which you must pay for) are constantly broken and they give feeble excuses and ignore your emails. During with the washing machines were broken for over a month and now again in february. His answer is always to blame the tenants and never the actual issue.
