She was an awful awful landlord, ignored us for weeks when we needed something sorted. Said she would sort and then didn’t. Turned up unannounced. Made us go collect our keys from her house?! Didn’t give deposit back, didn’t give any reason eg cleaning fees just said yep it’ll come in for months on end. Completely ignored me and lied continuously. We also found out she is a notorious dodgy landlord in Birmingham (I did google her but nothing came up before hand) she conned people out of so much money. Stay clear.
