Door locked me out and Reza came within an hour and let me in, also came back later on in the day and fixed the door. Good service!

I’ve been living in the apartment for nearly 2 years and I’ve not needed to contact the landlord often. When I’ve needed any assistance the landlord has been great at dealing with my requests promptly and has been able to sort out changing my locks and a busted tap within 24 hours of it being reported if not quicker. Not only do you get a good service, everything is left clean and tidy.

Landlord was terrible. We would ring him to say there was a problem and he would tell us he would send someone round the next day but on many occasions no one would show up. We told him on a Friday that we’d seen a rat in the kitchen and no one came till Monday to sort it (it was his son that came to put rat poison down not a professional). We complained about the roof leaking in early December and a repair man came in second semester to have a look at it and then never returned- it’s still leaking and the wood around the window will start to rot. The shower had leaked through the ceiling quite badly so we rang him immediately and he told us he’d come round in an hour to have a look. Several hours passed and my house mate texted him to double check he was still coming and he replied “sorry can’t come, had a drink”. An absolute joke. When we first moved in we wrote a massive list of things that needed fixing and the majority of the list still hadn’t been completed by the time we moved out in June.
