Extremely poor service and timelines for repairs. Never contactable unless it was them needing something. Landlord seemingly very close friends with member of staff. Laughing and joking together outside the house after turning up unnanounced

Extremely poor service. Never contactable but was always readily available if rent was so much as minute late. Lied to my face. Turned up to property unannounced, peering through windows. Numerous health and safety breeches and numerous tenancy agreement breeches
