The worst landlord I have ever encountered. Zero consideration for service or wellbeing and safety of tenants. For a landlady of multiple properties, she conducted herself disgracefully.

First time renting in London. House was advertised as furnished yet Veronica refused to provide curtains because the previous tenant supplied her own and took them with her on departure. To be clear, Veronica HAD a set of curtains for the room but was not arsed to bring them over despite her living locally.

Despite running a hygenic household, we had a serious mouse infestation. Veronica REFUSED to do anything about saying it was our fault and any effort she made to stop the mice from scurrying about our bedroom floors at night, invading the kitchen and further infesting her property and that of the neighbors would be futile. Zero empathy for her distressed tenants nor concern for the hygene risks nor the integrity of her property. We were forced to tackle this disgusting issue ourselves with no support or care from Veronica.

I am very upset and dissapointed to read this review. The tenancy started 25/9/10 and ended on 24/9/13. The house was let to 4 and 1 had to relocate so she advertised to replace herself. She used the reception room as the bedroom instead of the box room(4th bedroom). All items were agreed as per check in inventory. You(am I allowed to name) moved in 13/2/11. When the agent asked if I wanted to renew the AST on 24/9/11, I was not happy that my rent was always late for the last 4/5 months causing bounced direct debits which each cost £32 then. Reason was the new tenant was paying his share late. You bore this grudge for so long because I needed my rent paid on time so I could pay my bills? If the property was infested with mice, would the original tenants stay in the house for 2 more years? If you were not happy, why did you renew? It is in my interest to look after the property as I own it. I pride myself in being a responsible landlady and would not provide a house to my tenants that I would not live in.
