The landlord is by far the most arrogant person I've ever known. Very rude and uses intimidation tactics to scare his tenants into paying him more money. Repairs were shoddy at best, with fire alarms and the boiler being out of action at some point during the tenancy. I saw him often, but only because he entered the property without notice.
