Neighbourhood and local area reviews for renting in Little Parndon And Hare Street, Harlow

Very quiet neighbourhood even with a primary school opposite but the neighbourhood is in poor condition. No amenities, buses run very infrequently and very dirty surroundings especially the bin area downstairs which was just absolutely repulsive.
