Great bus stop right outside. Nice to have Withdean Park in your back garden. Lovely puppy park!

The local area is somewhat limited, however there are transport links to my university and some off licenses nearby. Needs a car ideally.

Brighton is great, Preston Park is a lovely place to live. Lots of things to and great transport.
