The area is somewhat nice but should not reflect in the rent price. it's about a 30min walk from town.

Close to the beach, supermarket and town but feels very unsafe. In the time spent at this address, the street saw a murder and several drug busts. The windows were not thick enough to muffle the intoxicated people yelling on the street at all hours.

The neighborhood is mostly peaceful. There is a bar downstairs and on some nights music can be heard - usually no later than midnight. The closest proper grocery store is a Lidl less than 10 minute walk away, and the Aberdeen university campus is 5 minutes away. There are good bus links to the center (busses 1, 2, 60 among others), it takes roughly half an hour to walk there.

The property is within a 5 minute walk of the uni which is fantastic but also means you’re surrounded by other students and extremely loud parties went on well past freshers. Over 100 people were in the house joined to this one while I lived there and the noise was so loud even from the second floor of the house that it felt like the party was happening centimetres from me. The neighbours would leave bags of rubbish in the garden and outside the front of the house, they puked and peed all over the entryway, across the street people would put speakers out of their windows and blast music until 4am. I didn’t sleep properly even one night that I lived here.

Very quiet and green area. Both Seaton park and a Lidl are within walking distance. The building is next to a primary school but this wasn't very disruptive to us. There are good bus connections to the town centre via King Street (5 minute walk).
There is private parking but during school hours this is often used by parents to pick up or drop off.

Worst neighbourhood I have ever lived in. The entire street is made up of students and parties went on well past freshers. Could not get a single nights sleep in the two months I lived here. The neighbouring house belonged to the mens rugby team who often had parties in the shared basement. They stole our garden furniture, vomited on the building and front door, and caused damage to the property that we had to pay for.
