Tenancy review for 17 Lowther Road in Town, Doncaster rented from Martin Ohara

Reported leaking roof during year 1 of the tenancy and received something similar to 'Ok I will arrange someone to come out', they never came and despite repeated calls about this we never heard anything further back.

Never heard back after British Gas disabled the boiler after several calls from BG and myself leaving me without hot water or heating for near 5 months.

No communications about any problems I had during the tenancy except the above 1 SMS during the 4 years

2 bed terrace with yard.

Damp in cellar, floorboard in the front room are rotten and wont last long before falling through.

Boiler was disabled during Gas Safety check and despite numerous calls from myself and British Gas this was never resolved and left without heat or hot water for nearly 5 months.

Roof needs replacing quickly, water would run through the bathroom light fitting when raining and never fixed in 4 years during the tenancy

Never had a problem myself, next door did get broken into during my first year there, neighbour opposite would often pull up in their car with music so loud you could feel vibrations throughout the house but no general area issues despite its bad reputation.
