Awful communication from the landlord, also bullying behaviour, and no respect for tennants rights. His wife is out of work and always at home. The pair rarely go out, and spend every evening drinking wine until they eventually fall asleep. They will steal your deposit and throw you out early when you give notice. Steer clear.

The "landlord" (he is a tennant and sub-lets a room) has done a proper bodge job of the bathroom. There is no privacy in the bathroom and you can be seen from neighbouring properties. Noise carries around the flat and the smell of stale tobacco smoke hangs in the air.

Area rating: 5

The local area is quite nice, with some lovely streets and nearby forest. Shops are not very close. Shame this property is a no go.
