When we first moved in we emailed the landlord who refused to carry out any repairs as the rent did not make him much profit, on departure the landlord tried to withhold £750 from our deposit to redecorate, he then informed me this would cost him £100 so purely trying to profiteer

4 bed detached house, rent £995 per month, house was in poor maintenance, curtain rails missing or broken, under counter fridge did not work, kitchen draws fell out when opened, garden a mud bath, blinds broken, broken garden fence etc etc
