Slow, rude and offensive. Didn’t care when the garage door fell off, didn’t care when the bedroom radiator leaked, waited 3 months for a fix to other bedroom radiator. Demanded to come into the property and invited multiple people to join without prior warning.
Asked to measure the kitchen, felt it was appropriate to just walk into our bedroom without asking.

3 bedrooms, two decent sized, one tiny. Needs updating, expensive to heat.
Landlady is unhelpful, unwilling to repair and doesn’t seem to realise that having no heating is a problem.
