repairs were slow and communication poor. often not there when she was meant to meet new people and give them their keys. no communication to existing tenants to expect them either so you open the door to random strangers expecting to come into your home. landlord blamed tenants for issues and not fixing things themselves even when the drain people said it was not our fault they were clogged. attitude was poor, should not be renting to students.

5 bedrooms, 4 single 1 kingsize. 1 bathroom. furnished using second hand items which often brake shortly after being replaced with similar items or are very discoloured but the majority white goods are new. drains constantly being blocked by moss and rotting wood from decking outside, cracks in the walls and damp patches due to leaks in the bathroom, poor insulation including windows that dont shut and gaps under the front door which lets plants and insects in. inventory in contract says carpets are new -but are bare in most places - and rooms are redecorated but this happened once to SOME rooms during my 3 year period in the house despite adequate time when the rooms were empty to do so. liveable but not nice.

the location was amazing 100m from the high street. flats opposite were very loud though and antisocial behaviour in the gardens next to the house was common with people fighting and drinking at all hours even though it was meant to be locked after 8pm. called 101 multiple times particularly in the summer.
