Repairs were completed by landlord and he obviously didn't have the necessary skills to perform the simplest of jobs. When I told them the repair hadn't worked they just ignored me. Resulting in more damage and eventually more cost to themselves.

Dark, gloomy, entire top floor full of black mould. Leak from bathroom dripping into kitchen for 5 yrs. Under sink leaking which turned the cabinet to mush and made kitchen floor soft in front of the sink over 5 year period. Porch walls, ceiling and doors covered in black mould. Front door cracked and splitting due to swelling in colder months. Carpet threadbare throughout. Fence panels completely knackered. Botched roof work. Gave me a rent increase when I complained.
