Tenancy review for Cadnant Road Menai Bridge in Menai Bridge, Menai Bridge rented from Gregory Howard

Did not fix a leaking roof despite us asking him constantly for our (hellish) 9 month tenancy. Overcharged for electricity over 10x the rate he buys it in at through meters in the room. Tries to manipulate what you say you make out that you have damaged the room and items in the house that were damaged before you got there. Talks about tenants to other tenants behind their backs when he thinks they can't hear. Disgusting. He should not be allowed to keep houses.

Stairs falling through, furniture falling apart and vandalised, kitchen falling apart, water leaks from pipes roof and fridge, heating doesn't work in all rooms, rooms not cleaned between tenants, carpets disgusting.

Menai Bridge is lovely. Just a shame it is let down by this horrible landlord and property. Close to shops and lovely walks by the menai strait. Do need to drive or get the bus to get to a supermarket that isn't waitrose.
