Landlord review for Wardbright Properties Wardbright Accomodation, Kingston upon Hull
Landlord rating: 1
Absolutely atrocious. Friendly enough on telephone but repairs were an after thought. They will feel the need to decorate the mould infested house when you leave and bill you for it. So not only do you pay rent on a house that’s inhabitable you will be expected to pay to cover up the damp because they won’t fix the problem.

Condition of property? Roof tiles missing causing damp in the bedroom, kitchen light didn’t work (was promised this would be fixed on moving in) hole in floorboards just inside the front door just big enough to fall into on entering property. Garden fence took two years to repair. Oh and the rat infestation was the highlight resulting in many phone calls, this is an ongoing issue as was found on an old receipt in property, if the landlord had bothered to fill holes were rats were getting in.... A trip to A and E resulting in a doctors note confirming that the two year old was suffering due to the damp conditions in his home.

Neighbours from hell. Noisy leaning over fence and threatening, police log to prove this. Oh and they felt it was their right to jump over the fence to paint their shed from the garden.
