Worst landlords you could possibly have. Bullied us into signing for a second year far too early, failed to complete essential repairs in an adequate time frame (a month with no heating/hot water, a year to get blinds, still haven’t sorted the paint and wall paper issues).
They have also been extremely aggressive towards us and my parents, and refused to give 24 hours notice before entering the property until a homerun complaint was filed.
They have on numerous occasions failed to act in a professional manner, including falsely accusing residents of lying. Avoid at all costs. Do not give these dreadful people your money.

The house could be a very nice house if it wasn’t so poorly maintained. Any work completed is done to a very low standard, and it is very difficult to get the landlords to complete the work at all.
We had no heating for hot water for a month, paint and plaster have been falling off the walls, extensive damp problem, etc. Very limited parking with cars often dented by road users

Quite far from uea, but close to nice pubs. Location does not make up for the poor quality of the house and the conduct of the landlords.
