Tenancy review for 53 Beaufort Street in Brynmawr, Ebbw Vale rented from Gwillem Jones

Lovely people, but they are old and say they will get stuff sorted but they haven't. Their lovely in terms of wanting to chat. Making verbal agreements etc. But just don't get repairs done.

In need of repairs. I have spoken to the property manage and landlord and have Ben promised and promised that the stuff will be sorted but they have broken their promises again and again. I haven been able to shower in my own flat for over a year. Due to the water pressure. There's plaster falling off the walls, thers light switches broken. Not enough plugs.

Area is brilliant close to loads of amenities but can be loud due to the close proximity to the pubs and take away opposite. Current neighbour is a noisy and her so called friends threatened my 5 month old daughter. Current neighbour hasn't paid rent in months so no guarantee she will be hear when someone else moves in.
