Landlord never responded unless you called or emailed a 100 times. Never fixed issues. Lot of time spent chasing for maintenance. Was a cheat. Sometimes had to resort to calling from another number and he would pick. Deducted money from deposit citing maintenance issues. Same issues were reported to him week 1 after entering the flat.

2bhk, bathroom heaters and some room heaters never worked. Bathroom ended up with moulds. Leakage from upper floors was always an issue. Hpuse was damp n cold in winter. Bin area in front of entrance was always overflowing . Had rats in the house..

Building is poorly lit. Druggies would visit bin area..bulding gates always broken. Cycle locked outside was stolen. Landlord did not respond even once.
