The landlord lives next door to the property. Within days of moving in we were subjected to invasions of privacy escalating to harassment, slander and eventually an act of common assault against my partner (while she was holding our baby son in her arms) from our landlord neighbour...

We are a working family with two children and very amenable natures.
During our three months in this property we suffered from more stress, oppression and isolation than even a global pandemic can call itself responsible. My parter is suffering from anxiety caused by this landlords behaviour...

I have never had such an experience with a landlord or neighbour before and hope never to experience such behaviour from another human being again...

No complaints about them but for the problem that they can’t disclose the landlords address prior to agreement...

The house is fairly nice for a 70s estate build. Two bedrooms and a box room upstairs. Living room and little dining space... Well kept and clean. Very little mould or damp. House wasn’t the problem...
