Although he was a nice person, he owned 20+ terraced houses in the same area and had the lottery on the 10+ streets locally. When we mentioned the damp issue, he sent a decorator round to repaint the walls, rather than fix the issue. We had to throw away clothes as the wardrobes were damp even with the doors open. Furniture was ruined also. We never got our full deposit back even though the house was cleaner when we left! Rent went up around £50 per month every tax year, which we heard from the other neighbours wasn't happening across the board.

Neither use nor ornament. After several occasions of trying to get hold of the landlord through the agency we found the landlords number in the information pack and contacted him ourselves.

2 bed terrace on quiet road in Edgeley. Very small kitchen with a serious damp issue throughout the house. This was complained about several times.

Lovely area, great transport connections and right near the college and local high street.
