2 bed room flat stinks of bonfires and smoke and kitchen drains smells when it rains and bathroom leak in bathroom when it was fixed they did not replace the floors smells of damp when shut up floor slopes to the bath floor is a cork floor.
Noisy floors are very thin you wont get any sleep

when you hang out your washing in the summer it will stink of bonfires and the flat will too.
