Tenancy review for 17 The Ridings in Kidlington West, Kidlington rented from Mark Taylor

Could not ask for better landlords to be honest. They were responsive and thoughtful. They were very flexible when we kept extending our lease monthly before we could move to a home we bought- constant delays due to COVID lockdown slowed down our building work. They returned our deposit in full despite some wear and tear after 4ish years in the property. We left over a year ago, and I still occasionally get mail accidentally sent there and they always, without fail, let me know and forward it on. I literally can't make a single complaint. They are brilliant.

We moved in to a completely renovated house. Perfect for a couple without children (size wise). Small outdoor space that was a nice to have during lockdowns. Has an assigned parking space.

Area rating: 8

The immediate neighbours are very nice, polite, quiet and friendly. The area has got good transport links to Oxford centre, Woodstock, the train station and the JR. There's a good medical centre close by and theres a good market at the weekend as well as an excellent butcher.
