Did nothing. Became totally non-responsive when I had to move out. Was extremely gaslighting when I moved out claiming falsely that I had made damages and wanting to withhold my deposit. When I suggested to ask the deposit scheme to mediate he suddenly released the full deposit.

House needed minor repairs from the start; not all appliances work well. Very bad furniture. Quite spacious.

If you like drugs dealers as your neighbours and being kept awake until 2am by loud grime music by a gang playing music under your window and making you feel unsafe when coming home this is your place. Otherwise Bushey is a lovely area. Difficult to connect with people and make friends because most are very rich and look down on people living in this flat. Not many good stores nearby. Terrible public transport connections.
