She don't care about the property only money money money the one that come in to her pocket.

Bad service, bad communication,
They will do everything in the favour of the landlord, the tenants are liability not costumers.
The will do everything they can to make money for the landlords during the release of the deposit.
If they maintain the property they even overcharge the landlord for the fixing, they have one plumber one electrician, if they are not available you can wait weeks till the problem resolved.
I will not recommend anyone to make business with them.

The property is low maintained, the landlord is short with money and refusing to fix issues unless she receives money back from the insurance.
The loft is in bad condition, rats love to visit there and pigeons.
The extension (kitchen) suffered from leaking.
The wood floor is rocking and get waves.
The carpets in bad condition.
I will not recommend any one rent this property.
