Dangerously neglectful throughout the tenancy causing to accidents to tenants through disrepair.

Examples include live exposed electrics, dangerous gas supply, dangerous high windows, steel guttering falling from the third floor, on and on.

Had to get a chartered survey and solicitors to get repairs done and still ignored.


Liverpool council housing got involved and found lots of hazards. Those repairs where still not completed 10 months on.

Extensive repairs required with the roof having failed and the landlord taking 18 months to repair. Issues with damp causing with raising damp and upto 70% moisture in kitchen walls. Dodgy upstairs conversion which building regs needs to review. Problem plumbing throughout. Old electrics and unsafe. The list goes on and on.

It's okay but very clicky. Lots of issues due to the flats on the road. Police responses present often.
