Landlord review for Royal Household, Windsor
Landlord rating: 1
Completely unresponsive to their tenants. Typical of faceless burocracy at its worse.
Some good people, but without any actual power to enact.
More promises which where swiftly dropped when staff changed.

Letting agent review for Latimer Estate Agents, Kingston
Agency rating: 1
Very amateur and many false promises. Misrepresented the property. Slow to respond to issues - if at all.
We were not informed that it was a non-standard tenancy until they had our money.

Property review for Rose Cottage Kingston upon Thames KT1 4AF, Hampton Wick, Kingston Upon Thames
Property rating: 3
Advertised as being in the "Royal Paddocks" -- in fact in a public park with minimal bounaries. Numerous incursions by late night drunks, out of site of any authorities.
Discovered late on that the gate shared between the house and park was powered from the propertie and billed to the tenants.
Limited signage on the main road and lack of illumination ment many missed deliveries.
For the first half of our tenancy the garden was only accessible by climing through a window as the patio doors where sealed.
Noisy especially at the weekends as the local Football club uses the boundary fence for practice, and the front of the property as a urinal.
Three stars for the property and garden itself - seven blanks for the situ and lack of boundaries.

Area review for Hampton Wick, Kingston Upon Thames
Area rating: 7
Avoiding the immediate vicinity which is a public park. The wider area is idillic with easy access to countryside so close to London.
The town is well considered.
Good rail and road links.
