Very nice and caring landlord. Often asks about how things are going in the flat, without being invasive. When something is not working, he is quick to respond and thorough with repairs. He also helps out with other problems, for instance when I changed energy provider, there were some issues which the landlord helped me resolve. He even managed to get me reimbursement from the energy provider for the troubles.

Large flat with two floors and two bathrooms, and a spacious kitchen. Rent is among the cheapest one can get in Guildford.
