We have faced the most duplicitous LL - nice and chatty to your face, but not able to resolve the issues and blaming it all on tenants. LL made sure to give us terrible references despite having a regular communication and our effort.

The whole block of flats is poor in soundproof and prone to appearing of mould. Depending on the landlord you might get different options to address ventilation issues. We were told not to dry clothes inside and keep the windows open.

Area is very good to access Stratford upon Avon town center. There are a few corner shops. Feels safe in the evenings.
