Our landlord was lovely, the letting agent disliked that we started going to him directly. After hearing our review of the agency he will not be using them to market his house again.

OSL is a horrible company, the staff are rude and do not follow up on any issues raised with them (we had a broken back door that would barely close and wouldn't lock, I missed 3 days of uni waiting for them to fix it as we could not leave the property without it being locked). Money grabbing mother and son duo will do anything they can to make you sign but the manners soon stop once they have the paperwork.

The property we rented was quite far from the university to reduce noise. It was comfortable but had a few issues with damp, an old boiler and 'quick fixes' with decorating throughout

Nice and quiet but not much to do. We had access to shops on the high street, a club and a few bars locally.
