The rooms were tidy. However, the main areas of the house were not cleaned when we first moved in. The grass at the backyard was long, and was not trimmed. Therefore, we could nor make use of the garden. you could also choose your individual providers for utilities.

The neighbourhood is great, and so are the neighbours. They are so welcoming and friendly. Just make sure to use the bins well, and keep the noise to a minimum, and you should be fine.
