Hid behind letting agent, and pretended to be independent of them, when in reality the registered owner of letting agent at the same registered address for the property on land lord register, under the same name.

Made no effort to fix issues.

Polite, otherwise completely useless, zero help, blamed me for problems, no sympathy, completely callous, left to rot.

It was large, and cheep. It's only pros.

Pigeons in communal cupboards, resulted in carpet bettle infestation, £1,000s in damages. Mould in 3 rooms after, 3 leaks within a month, FIRE in electricity breaker, took 3 days to get anyone to do anything.

2 Police anti-drug raids, and one murder, several petty crimes, hard drug use, constant noise, fairly clean, no direct trouble with neighbors, bowling green visible from window, central location, local amenities.
