Overlooking the sea, walking distance to the city center, and close to local pubs and the pier. Absolutely perfect!

Not a bad area. Great for students. Next to morrisons so easy shopping, in upper Bangor so close to most university buildings, and bus stop for morrisons just 30 seconds away from front door. Only issue is sometimes people are a tad noisy when cutting down the alleyway to lower Bangor.
