Winchester Student Union is collaborating with Marks Out Of Tenancy to improve student renting in Winchester and to ensure that the voices of students affected by housing issues are heard.

Winchester Student Union is a membership organisation run for, and by the student population of the University of Winchester. Sabbatical Officers and a Student Officer Team have been entrusted with representing you and ensuring that your voice is heard. For many students, starting University means moving away from home to a new city, often for the first time. We know that when it comes to finding somewhere to live there can be a lot to think about. Marks Out Of Tenancy bridges the gap from one tenant to the next, providing you with the opportunity to rate and review your landlord, letting agent, rental property and neighbourhood so that you know where to find the best quality housing around the city.
