Mouldy bathroom when we moved in.
No care for the property.
Had a broken boiler for months, with no care taken.
Rubbish from previous tenants left rotting in shed.
Broken bed when moved in.
Mouldy fittings when moved in.
Complete disregard for welfare, suggesting it was a student’s job to clean the mould that had grown in the property since it was last inhabited.
Utterly useless.
