bathroom furniture old and precarious, and toilet prone to accumulation of scum. tiny flat. 2 bedrooms, 1 of which barely fits a double bed and also housed the boiler, tiny bathroom, spacious kitchen/living area. good kitchen fixtures. doorbell/downstairs lock system don't work properly- it is impossible to remotely unlock the downstairs door for guests/postmen, which is quite a nuisance. the flat has a recurring problem with loiterers in the flat's alleyway making a huge mess and emptying the bins on the ground (which then gets blamed on the tenants of the building).
