The property was really good in some aspects, it has 4 bedrooms, and mine was VERY spacious though a couple of the others were less so. The kitchen is rather small for four people, but nice. There are plenty of appliances, the only slight annoyance is the gas oven must be ignited with a long plastic lighter. I appreciate that it has a dryer - lots of properties similar to this one do not. We were allowed to use the garage for storage which was great. The garden is lovely, and tended by a gardener so nothing to worry about. An issue with the house is mold. The areas surrounding the front and back door are prompt to getting spots of black mold, as well as some parts of the kitchen. A cause of this is that the kithen has no extractor fan, you have to leave a window open in the kitchen to avoid condensation, which of course can let all the heat out. The house is quite chilly, but I found it find as long as you don't mind leaving the heating on for a few hours a day.
