Literally not fit for human habitation - rats, mould, leaks, rising damp in every room so bad there were salt deposits coming out of the walls, furniture that was in my opinion probably fished out of a skip that was all either falling apart or already fallen apart, broken appliances, filthy upon moving in not even wiped down
